My daughter and I wanted Egg Fried Rice with chicken and shrimp. We liked it from a teppan grill place we visit. With the rainy weather we decided to make it at home.
It took a bit longer than it would normally take. Diced up the chicken, shrimp, garlic, onion. Used our rice cooker to make a cup of rice. Cooked it all up and there you have it! Everything turned out great!
Except for one thing… I forgot the eggs! All in all it still turned out amazing… next time I will remember the eggs
