Cleaned out the smoker and ready to Smoke! Put on a rack or pork ribs. It has been a while, but followed the 3-2-1 system with some applewood and not a bite was left.
It was a hard day of work, and needed something yummy and not so healthy to top it off. Carnita Nachos was just the thing! We used green onion from the garden, freshly grated cheeses (cheddar, mozzarella, and pepperjack,) and plain chips. Turned out super yummy.
